My husband is in dementia stage 6/7 and does not like to change his day clothes to night clothes. He also does not know how to use the bathroom. What should we do as we are both over 80? -Sabina S.

It sounds like you are having a hard time. In the short term, maybe you can have your husband's clothes be for day and night--sweatpants, for instance.
