National Older Americans Month is celebrated in May. Today there are over 46 million older adults age 65 or older living in the U.S. Of those, 1 in 3 is caring for a loved one with dementia. If this is you, know that you are not alone. This inspired St. John's to create its Online Dementia Resource Center.

A Granddaughter's Perspective

There is a different kind of pain experienced by family and friends of those living with dementia as they grieve the loss of the person they once knew.
